One day is never same with a 1yr old. Jack has finally started to walk (when he feels like it of course) and has discovered how and when to test the limits. He started by peeking out the screen door, then throwing his toys out there, to finally going outside on the patio. Looks like mommy needs another baby gate.
What?? I can't be out here? |
The down side of walking = the furniture in the house. When Jack gets tired he tends to grow clumsy. The other night Jack thought he was so cool walking back and forth from the entertainment center to the couch...and then before I could blink he took a header right into the coffee table. Of course it looked and sounded worse than it was. He cried for a second and after I put a cold wash cloth on it, stopped the little blood that was there...he was fine. Dad said "it builds character" then followed with "Amy, is that going to scar"?
Jack's first (but surely not the last) ouchie |
Jack is for sure our little rascal, he has discovered what he likes and dislikes. He started telling us "no" and shaking his head when he no longer wants something, and spits it out if he doesn't like it. Every day he is growing, learning, and mommy and daddy couldn't be happier.
Bye guys! |
So cute! Poor Jack and his little face, but Jude's right it definitely builds character- makes him look more hard core;) Love the pics.
